Fit Girl Factory Wellbeing Conference 2014

Having just wrapped up the Fit Girl Factory Wellbeing Conference I had to write up the experience whilst still on a high! The Conference was hosted with a special guest, Fitness Model, Trainer, Actress and Life Coach Jennifer Nicole Lee who had travelled from Miami for the Conference.

Over 20 women from the UK and Europe joined me at The Cathedral Lodge Hotel for a weekend of fitness, talks on wellbeing, nutrition and health, question and answer sessions with Jennifer.

The Friday saw a welcome party and introductions at the Fit Girl Factory Studio in Wincheap. There was lots of fun and food and some dancing. It was so great to finally meet and greet all the woman who I had been talking to over the past year whilst planning the Conference and wonderful to have so many of my own clients in attendance.

Saturday started with a workout led by myself and Jennifer Nicole Lee and then onto guest speakers, starting with Jennifer talking body issues and the importance of Strong is the New Skinny message. The guest speakers where amazing and topics ranged from nutrition, self development, weight loss success stories and business development.

On Sunday a Fitness Model Factory event was held with all attendees receiving make overs and a photoshoot with a professional photographer, make up artist and stylist.
